A brand new life.......

So, I just started my new exercise program.
Current weight - unknown, but let's just say - TOO FRIGGING MUCH!
Today's exercise:
Pushups - 5
Situps - 10
That's it. Doesn't sound like much, does it? But, well, it's a fricking start. Drive and sit and sit and drive...... If I didn't weigh whatever much it is, I'd have done better. Anyway....
Kinda scary, really, how I didn't even realize how I got to this place. For a guy who used to bicycle 150+ miles a week, could do 100 pushups and situps with ease, and once was put on a diet to GAIN weight, I somehow ended up being very differently bodied. Drive and sit and sit and drive. Well, fuggit, it's time to get back to something like the life and body I used to have.
