Today's Topic - Diary Design
Now, first off, I know that folks can design their diaries any old way they want, but hey - if you want folks to read yer dang diary - and that is an assumption I am forced to, by the fact that you publish the derned thing, how about making them legible?
Contrast and typeface are of paramount importance in legibility, but some of y'all seem to have forgotten that little dictum. I don't wanna name any names, but come on folks - 10 pixel type faces and pink on pink text or gray on blue text just don't make for the happiest reading experience.
Do you people ever look at your own diaries?
People are reading these things on computer monitors, fer Elvis' sake! Pixelation, folks! Yikes!
And I'm not even going to get into the horror that is failing to capitalize properly.
